This guide helps you turn Gen IV Pokemon Mystery Gift WonderCards into legitimate, Nintendo DS Local Wireless distribution ROMs!
This will inject the WonderCard data into the "NTR-AARE-USA - GameStop Deoxys" distribution ROM.
All Wi-Fi events may be injected into this ROM, to be run by another DS console, and recieved by the respective Gen IV game.

You will need an internet connection, Windows PC, and two DS consoles. One will need to run the patched ROM, the other will recieve the Mystery Gift data.
How to:
1. Download the ROM patcher, along with the "NTR-AARE-USA - GameStop Deoxys" ROM from Digiex.
2. The application will patch the Deoxys distro ROM with any .pcd WonderCard. These can be downloaded from ProjectPokemon.
3. You can also download WonderCards in the .wc4 format on GitHub.
4. To use these .wc4 WonderCards, you must convert them to .pcd using this tool.
In the ROM Patcher app, you can configure headers, descriptions, region, game version that can receive, and the distribution date, so you don't have to change your DS clock to distribute.
Once you have patched your ROM, you can export it and run it on a second DS to broadcast a Local Wireless Signal, even Pokémon that were distributed via Wi-Fi will work, and remain perfectly legal.
